Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face and features are clearly visible. If there are any issues with the image provided, we’ll contact you using the email address associated with your order before creating your artwork. Accepted file formats: PNG (preferred) and JPEG.
Yes. After uploading your photo, you may optionally provide a name to be incorporated into your artwork. If left blank, your design will be created without personalization.
Artwork previews are typically delivered within 2–3 business days of placing your order.
Once your artwork preview is ready, you’ll receive it by email for review. Production begins only after you approve the final design.

Machine wash warm (40°C / 105°F), wash inside out with similar colors, tumble dry low, use only non-chlorine bleach, and do not dry clean or iron.
