Sunday Theory & Co. offers a considered selection of made-to-order products, including ready-to-order designs from our collections and collaborations, as well as personalized artwork created from customer photographs.

As some of our products are made to order rather than held as ready-to-ship inventory, production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, and shipping location.

The information below explains what to expect from production through delivery.

 

Shipping Availability

Sunday Theory & Co. offers international shipping to supported destinations.

Shipping availability, rates, and delivery methods may vary depending on the product and destination. Available shipping options and applicable rates will be displayed at checkout.

Certain products may not be available for delivery to every destination due to production or fulfillment limitations.

Order & Production Process

Ready-to-order products

Ready-to-order items, including products from selected collaborations and limited editions, do not require artwork creation or customer approval. Once an order has been confirmed, it may proceed directly to production and shipping.

Personalized artwork products

Products that include personalized artwork require an artwork creation and approval process before production.

After an order is placed, our artists will create the artwork using the photograph and personalization details provided. A digital preview is typically sent within 2–3 business days.

Customers are encouraged to approve their artwork or request their complimentary refinement within 72 hours of receiving the preview. Production will begin only after artwork approval has been received, and delays in approval may extend the overall order timeline.

Production Times

For ready-to-order products, production may begin once the order has been confirmed. For personalized artwork products, production begins after the final artwork has been approved.

Production times vary depending on the product, production location, destination, and seasonal demand. Any production or delivery timelines provided are estimates and may occasionally vary.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, selected shipping method, delivery location, carrier, and seasonal demand.

Estimated delivery information may be displayed at checkout where available. These estimates may include the applicable fulfillment and transit expectations for the order but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

For personalized artwork products, any estimated delivery timeframe should also account for the artwork creation and approval process that takes place before production.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated according to the products in your order and their delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow a short period after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

Multiple Products & Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be produced at different facilities or fulfillment locations. As a result, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Where applicable, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an address change before the order enters production or fulfillment. Once production, packaging, fulfillment, or shipment preparation has begun, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

For personalized artwork orders, the artwork approval period should not be considered a guarantee that shipping details can still be changed. Please contact us promptly if an amendment is required.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Sunday Theory & Co. does not control charges imposed by local customs authorities.

Delivery Delays

We make every effort to provide reasonable production and delivery estimates; however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, transportation disruptions, carrier-related issues, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

Sunday Theory & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties involved in the delivery process.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

If you believe your order has been lost, significantly delayed, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist in investigating the shipment with the relevant fulfillment provider or shipping carrier. However, Sunday Theory & Co. cannot guarantee the outcome of carrier investigations or circumstances outside our control once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
