Every item we create is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because each order includes a custom artwork process, production and delivery timelines differ from those of traditional ready-to-ship products. Please review the information below regarding artwork creation, production, shipping, and delivery.

Shipping availability may change over time as we expand to additional destinations.

Artwork Approval Process

After your order is placed, our artists will begin creating your personalized artwork using the photograph and details you provide. A digital artwork preview is typically delivered within 2–3 business days of placing your order. Production will only begin once artwork approval has been received.

Customers are encouraged to review and approve, or request changes to, their artwork preview within 72 hours of receiving it. Delays in approval may extend the overall delivery timeline.

Production Times

Once artwork approval has been received, production generally requires an additional 2–5 business days depending on the product selected, production location, and seasonal demand. Production times are estimates only and may vary from time to time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, production location, and seasonal demand. While most customers receive their order within approximately 1–3 weeks after artwork approval, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after shipment confirmation has been issued.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. This may occur when products are produced at different facilities or shipped from different locations.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate address changes before production has begun. Once artwork creation, production, printing, manufacturing, packaging, fulfillment, or shipment preparation has commenced, we may be unable to modify shipping details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, transportation disruptions, carrier-related issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Sunday Theory & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties involved in the delivery process.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

If you believe your shipment has been lost, significantly delayed, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in investigating the issue with the relevant shipping carrier.

While we will gladly assist where possible, Sunday Theory & Co. cannot guarantee outcomes relating to carrier delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
