Yes. Every order includes an artwork preview for your review before it is sent to production. Your preview will typically be delivered within 2–3 business days of placing your order.
Once you approve your artwork, your order will move forward to production. If needed, one complimentary revision is included before final approval.
Each order includes one complimentary revision before the artwork is approved for production.
If additional revisions are requested beyond the included revision, they may be available for an additional fee, which will always be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
For the best results, we recommend uploading a clear, high-quality photo where your pet is facing the camera and their features are clearly visible.
PNG files are preferred, though high-quality JPEG files are also accepted. Photos taken in good natural lighting, without heavy filters, blur, shadows, or obstructions, typically produce the strongest artwork.
