Photo Requirements & Guidelines
The quality of your artwork begins with the photograph you provide. Selecting a clear, well-lit image helps our artists create the most accurate and refined representation of your companion. While we can work with a wide range of photographs, images that are blurry, heavily filtered, low-resolution, poorly lit, or obstructed may limit the level of detail achievable in the final artwork.
Accepted file formats: PNG (preferred) and JPEG.
✓ Clear & Sharp
Choose a high-quality image that is in focus and clearly shows your pet’s features, expression, and natural details.
✓ Good Lighting
Natural daylight helps our artists see accurate colors, markings, texture, and facial details.
✓ Front-Facing
Front-facing photographs usually allow for the most balanced, accurate, and detailed portrait composition.
✓ Upload Details
Accepted file formats include PNG (preferred) and JPEG. High-resolution files will produce the best final result.
